The Riga Township Board is taking bids for a vacant lot located at 7457 Riga Hwy. containing .4 acres. The property has a partially paid hookup to the water & sewer. Sealed bids are due no later than 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2012 at which time the township board will give all bidders an opportunity to increase their bids. Full payment is due upon closing.
